What are the system requirements?

The PC version requires Windows XP Service Pack 2, or Vista.
The Mac version requires MacOSX 10.3.9 (Panther) or higher. It is a Universal Binary, so it will run on both PowerPC and Intel Macs.

To be sure Brass Hats runs on your computer, please download the demo and try it first before buying the game.

When I run the game (PC version), I get an error which says "The application configuration is incorrect."

To fix this issue, please download this from Microsoft.

How can I play over the internet?

Saving my campaign progress doesn't work. (Mac version)

This is normally caused by running the app directly from the .dmg. Please copy the app into the Applications folder. (The applications folder can normally be found in the left pane in Finder.)

How do I play other people's user maps / share user maps with others?

On the PC, go to My Documents\BrassHats\usermaps
On the Mac, go to (your home folder)/Library/Application Support/BrassHats/usermaps
Simply copy .usermap files in there, and they'll show up in-game. (From the Main Menu, go to Versus->New Versus, then click on User.)
